As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pushes businesses to enact procedures to keep employees and customers safe, we’re here to help and to do our part to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
We’re following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities to ensure we have the right plans and resources in place to safeguard you - our customers - and our employees in this ever-evolving situation.
Our team is readily available at any time to assist with any and all questions/concerns regarding equipment enquiries, sales support, technical support, and general questions. Our warehouse is fully staffed and is still fulfilling/sending orders per usual – with the added guidance from the CDC for health and safety. We are tirelessly focusing on our vendor relations to promote products that we know are readily available to ensure we do not experience shortages as this health crisis evolves.
Our technical staff remains available for service/support issues to remotely troubleshoot and diagnose most issues. If onsite repair is needed, our team will follow all sanitary mandates set forth by the CDC for all safety precautions.
The Digital Media Warehouse team is hopeful these steps will allow us to continue providing excellent customer service, while achieving our sales goals and meeting the ever changing goals of our clients, as we all try to navigate through this difficult time.

With this in mind we have put together a few bundles to help you continue your printing remotely without breaking your budget. These bundles are geared towards, but not limited to Government, Healthcare, and Retail applications.
