The series’ flagship system, the ULTRA X6000 is a high‐accuracy laser material processing system designed for demanding applications in manufacturing, prototyping, and research and development environments. It is the only laser system that offers the ultimate material processing flexibility with a variety of laser power and wavelength options and an extensive set of advanced features and capabilities to achieve impeccable quality on the broadest range of materials.
The new 150 watt laser expands the available CO2 laser source options for the ULTRA X6000 from 10 to 75 watts to 10 to 150 watts. A maximum of 300 watts of 10.6 μm CO2 laser power can be achieved when the ULTRA X6000 is configured with two 150 watt 10.6 μm CO2 lasers. Higher power enables thicker material cutting in one pass, cleaner results, and faster laser processing with many materials. Additionally, up to 50 watts of 1.06 μm Fiber laser power is available.
The ULTRA X6000 supports up to three laser sources and three laser wavelengths‐ 9.3 μm CO2, 10.6 μm CO2, and 1.06 μm Fiber. It can be configured with two 9.3 μm or 10.6 μm lasers and one 1.06 μm laser, or with three lasers each of a different wavelength. Any combination of the laser wavelengths and powers can be focused to the same focal point within the same focal plane and used sequentially or simultaneously with patented MultiWave HybridTM technology. This unique technology delivers extreme controllability for laser processing of homogenous, composite, and multilayer materials with the highest efficiency.
Using patented Rapid ReconfigurationTM technology, all CO2 lasers supported by the ULTRA X6000 can be easily and quickly installed or reinstalled by the user to optimize the system configuration for laser processing and allow for general maintenance accessibility. Whether laser processing a specific material or a broad range of diverse applications, the ULTRA X6000 laser system addresses virtually any material challenge in one system. The ULTRA X6000 is an ideal solution as it offers the highest versatility and expansion in capabilities to address varying requirements.
Returns
Digital Media Warehouse’s return/refund policy expires 30 days from shipment. Failure to process a return/refund within this term will result in the rejection of the refund request.
Eligible return items must be unused and in the same condition as received in the original packaging.

Completed returns require proof of purchase. Please do not ship returns to the manufacturer unless directed otherwise from the processing department.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Product box is opened, but unused
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon return receipt and inspection, email notification generates with approval/rejection notice.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 7-12 business days from approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Unreceived refunds; first check account utilized for initial payment.
Then contact the account company, it may take some time before a refund is posted based on policies established with the account.
Next contact the bank tied to the payment account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance, demo, used, or flash sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Digital Media Warehouse only replaces items defective or damaged as a result of DMW’s neglect. Exchanges for the damaged items must initiate contact via email; marketing@digitalmediawarehouse.com
Exchanges resulting from miss ships because of the ordering party may incur a restocking fee.

Shipping costs will fall in the responsibility of the returning party, unless otherwise notified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds will be subject to deduction of initial freight costs.
Physical shipping address will dictate travel time in the event of an exchange.
Items valued over $75, should consider a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. Digital Media Warehouse holds no guarantee of receipt of items without trackable shipping.
